Personal Chef to Mumford & Sons
I spent 10 years in Barcelona and the Costa Brava working in a Galician restaurant, a Catalan restaurant and also ran my own bistro-style cafe bar. From there I headed to Mexico, where I lived and worked for a year and a half.
The last 15 years of my career has seen me touring all over the world with bands and artists, including becoming Personal Chef to Mumford & Sons, which has been a huge privilege and has given me the opportunity to learn so much more about food from around the world.
No culinary challenge is too big
I've had to have the flexibility to set up and cook wherever suits and have been seen in fine dining restaurants as well as fields, basketball shower rooms, behind stages, in car parks.... you name it, I've probably cooked there.
No culinary challenge is too big and I aim to create your vision to your specifications. You will receive vibrant, tasty, and beautifully presented food that will excite all the senses.
