Understanding individual requirements
These experiences have really helped shape me as a knowledgeable and well-rounded chef and given me much understanding of effectively catering to individual requirements and demands. I've adapted over time and been able to produce food on demand, no matter how strange the request may be, and also had to produce requests with little turnaround time to meet the expectations of the clients.

Much of the time, living on a tour bus and cooking in venues, hotels, muddy fields, shower rooms, and having lots of fun along the way…....
