My experience as a personal chef to bands and artists in the music industry has taken me to many far-flung places and has enabled me to build an understanding of most of our world's cuisine.

"We held a summer party for 75 friends in a marquee on our lawn, and we needed a good chef.
We found and had discussions with Dave Pascoe who came across very well and we entrusted the catering arrangements to him.
He visited our home for discussions, we agreed his plan, and on the day he arrived with a van full of food and equipment.
He quickly got to work with the support of two agency assistants and at the agreed time the most fabulous food started appearing on the serving tables;
and for the next three hours he kept producing more and more mouthwatering dishes.
Our guests could not believe their luck and however full they were at any point, they kept going back as more and more tempting dishes appeared.
We had compliments galore on the day and afterwards from our very satisfied guests and we could not believe how well he delivered an outstanding experience."

“Dave cooked a 60th birthday meal for 12 adults at a holiday cottage in the Peak District National Park.
He provided guidance and advice on menu choices, which was a surprise meal for the birthday girl.
This included ensuiring that one guest with a gluten intolerance was able to enjoy the same menu choices as the rest of the party.
The meal was a great success and everyone enjoyed both the meal and the experience that Dave, and assistant Ellen, provided
right through from their arrival to prep the meal and the room to serving and clearing it all away.
Once again, we would never have known that Dave had been as the kitchen was left spotless.
We have left Dave's contact details with the owners and hopefully future guests will have the opportunity to taste Dave's food.
I'm now just thinking what family occasion can I ask Dave to come and cater for us.

“We had a fantastic experience with Dave. The whole journey from start to finish was excellent. Starting with the menu choices, the quality of food. One guest was gluten free and Dave prepared the whole menu gluten free and we all agreed it was best gluten free food we'd ever tasted. The Sticky Toffee Pudding was heavenly!
Dave arrived at our house, prepared and served the meal and then left my kitchen spotless. He shared some of his tips and was happy to answer our questions as he prepared dinner. Would happily recommend, and look forward to booking Dave for future events. He even managed to cook with our food-orientated Labrador exploring his bags and boxes."
